Take my Money No Product

I am fed up with all these companies that run major specials and promotions to get you to buy, but once you have paid them you don't get the product - OUT OF STOCK. I just purchased a camera from Makro online and I specifically checked which branches has the stock as I live in Kempton Park. I then saw that Centurion branch has stock so I selected that branch for collection. It take 2 - 5 days for the order to be processed but as I needed this before I go on leave Friday I phoned on the second day asking whether they can process my order. Only after I contacted them again yesterday to find out how far my order is they notified me they have no stock and can't tell me when I will receive my product. So now I must purchase another present as this one will only be ready next week if I am lucky. The head office is to blame for this. I went off on the Manager that can't really do anything as he gets no support from Makro. I am highly discusded with them. I even received a R100 voucher for my birthday, which I will not use, as I will never purchase something from Makro again. I hope you guys at least make some interest from my money while I wait for my product. Thanks for nothing
