Tablet returned
Bought a Table for my Grand daughter. However it and could not download the Handbooks. We purchased the Tablet on 15th December 2015 but only returned it on 9th January 2016 after we came back from holiday. We returned the tablet after the '14 day Goods return policy', had expired.<br> <br> Rowland assisted me in the most friendly way. He understood that the Schoolyear starts on Wednesday 13 January 2016 and he really did everything possible to ensure we got the tablet, credited. <br> <br> Thumbs up for pro-activeness and good customer service.<br> <br> Happy Customer,<br> <br> Esme van Tonder
