PATHETIC EXPERIANCE. spoke to Anthony and 6 other consultants all of which none can help me. i bought an item on the 25 Oct and it has not been delivered yet. Nobody has contacted me .I have to keep calling. Only yesterday after speaking to 3 *********** people did I find out that there is no stock. Makro is still sitting with my money and no solution...This will be going to the Ombudsman. *** you are just as *********** as the staff that works under you. It makes sense now as to why they fail to provide feedback as their manager cannot do the same. I am so disgusted with your services...
