I bought items online for delivery, the store claims to have delivered the items on 24 December 2022 but i did not receive the goods. I have called countless times and no one gives an answer. Worse is that the system does not allow you to speak to the senior, the call center acts as a buffer.

all I want is an answer, you say you delivered on 24 December, i did not have any delivery, what then?
