I recently bought a washing machine from Makro Woodmead. The service I received was truly exceptional. From the time I walked into the store I was approached and asked if I needed assistance, the machine was ordered and paid for in less than 15 minutes. Over and above the machine was delivered and installed on the same day, the entire process took about 4 hours from order to installation and everything in perfect working order. The installation staff were incredible, giving me constant updates as to their expected time of arrival. They made me feel like a VIP and in future will be buying all my household appliances from them
