Superb client service

<p>Five stars to Gain de Beer from Makro Germiston for reaffirming my belief that great client service does exist. In a day and age where the customer generally loses due to ineffective service and bad attitudes, this lady is the single reason I would go back to Makro Germiston and purchase a large appliance again. My faulty washing machine was replaced within a week after she helped me with a CPA replacement. We followed the manufacturer process and once ascertained that the item was defective, in a few hours I had a new washing machine delivered and connected with zero excuses. The cherry on top was a follow up call a few hours after delivery to ensure all was well. I truly thought that client service was a myth, thank you Gail de Beer for proving to me that good sales people really do exist.</p>
