Super poor service at Makro riversands

What a poor service I have received from Makro riversands Johannesburg. I bought a 65" Hisense tv premium which I was told that it comes with free wall mounting service which will be done in the next 2 to 3 working days. More than 7 working days passed no one coming to do mounting, no one is calling me to do a follow up. I had to personally phone the 3rd party company that handles the installation, and that company told me that they never received any installation request from makro on my behalf. When I phone makhro to follow-up everybody is so clueless they sending me in all directions, no one know what going on. The other issue is my tv apps are not functioning well, and they asking me to de a software upgrade by getting a USB and downloading a file to upgrade my TV, I felt like I was fixing a brand new TV. I am so disappointed, promotions you dispaying there are so misleading.
