SUPER POOR SERVICE

This is the second time in almost 2 weeks that I am writing a SHOCKING BAD review on customer service from Makro . I have Bought a Lap Top online from Makro and paid R10500.00 We got the Lap top and there was a Password on the supposedly new Lap Top . I Send it back and was Promised on of 2 things 1) my money back or 2) A New Lap Top After almost a week they told me that my money will be payed back to me . It almost 2 weeks now and no money has been payed back to me as they say the money must be clear and otherized before it can be payed back . My Question is how long does it take to pay back MY MONEY . They where quick to take the money and the Lap top back but are pathetic to pay back a customers money . All the Makro consultants is useless as the promise to call you back but never do . They all say the same "it must be otherized by someone but they don't know who" This is the last time I will be talking on Hellopeter as I will go to the News papers after this . DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM MAKRO . BE WARNED !!!!!!
