Super frustrated!

Horrible experience. I placed 2 orders (because they dont process an order of >50 items as one order) and the delivery date for both orders was by the 3rd April 2026 according to them. Only 1x order is being delivered today 02 April 2026, and I'm being told by Mkateko at Makro Stubens Velley on email now at 14h57 that the 2nd order is still to be picked up by the courier company (Value Express). Meaning my delivery may not be by the promised date 03 April 2026.

Ive been on the phone all day with Makro call centre (Sne and Lebogang) and Makro Strubens Valley (Makateko) and Value Express (Bornita) trying to solve this, to no satisfaction as I type this. So frustrated and disappointed because this order is for an event that is taking place tomorrow 03April2026 and 04April2026. I could have just gone elsewhere.
