Order process is great, adding of addresses is useless as it overrides what you fill in - which kicks into a whole diferent problem.

Trying to contact and update addresses seems like it works - but does not actually work. even after being assured its escalated - parcels are still appearing at the incorrect address. phoned contact center 5 times, attempted to contact courier multiple times and that was only for the first 2 parcels
