SUBSTANDARD PRODUCTS BEING SOLD

My monthly shopping is done at Makro Strubens Valley. I prefer to buy the bulk products and often buy the 5L Sunlight liquid, it is a good product and long lasting. However, this month when I bought the 5L container, the liquid seems to have been diluted with water. The consistency of the liquid was not the same as when I previously bought the products. It was more of a watery consistency rather the thick liquid I am used to. Also, when I transferred the liquid to the smaller container for day-to-day use, it was all foamy which never happened before. When I opened the bottle for the first time, I noted the seal was skew, but I assumed it hooked on something while I was unpacking the shopping. Now I am not so sure. I am not sure who is responsible, the retailer or the manufacturer but I am extremely disappointed with the product.
