Substandard Fridge sold by Makro

I bought a Hisense fridge that was delivered a week ago (12-11-2020), and it has not performed up to standard. I have called in to lodge a query with in 7 days and was told that a call will be logged with the supplier to assess the fridge, but I have not gotten any contact. I went both Makro and Hisense twitter page, and was given some email address and promised that I will get assistance from the person, to no avail. In the meantime I am stuck with a fridge sitting at 2 degrees Celsius, and not giving me stuff at that temperature. There is no airflow whatsoever in the fridge.

I need this fridge replaced.
