Substandard customer service

Makro CROWN MINES gets 0 for customer service and communication. Been waiting for my delivery since the 21st,no communication on the delay or whatsoever, even when i tried reaching out :(You would swear their services are free. Now i have to go to the store to get my refund coz i cant deal with this going back and forth for ****py service.
