Substandard contradictory service

Very dissapointing service received from Makro Springfield Park, returning 2 identicle products with the same default and 2 different processes followed which is quite concerning clients are also not made aware of the return policy, I also didn't appreciate the service given by the Raleigh repair guy named Sihle at the store the attitude he has towards customers is uncalled for if he should not be called to the front line if that is his attitude. Makro is a company that is held in high regard but the is weekend that all changed.
