SUB-STANDARD WATER DELIVERED

I have been buying 50 x 6pack water from Makro for awhile. This last batch was delivered, dirty, full of sand and faded packaging. Every 2nd bottle has no fizz and the bottles are soft and squishy. Looks as if Makro does not do quality control and is willing to sell goods that have either expired or damaged. Once delivered for online shopping, it is near impossible to get them to replace the goods.
