Stupid Policy

So I ordered online , unfortunately while waiting for my order I had to move to a different place but same town. Ram called to say they are at the previous address, which is 15 minutes away, I asked them to deliver to new address , they called me to change the address (Ram) which I did . Now it’s been more than 2 days waiting for my order that was 15 minutes away from my new place. I called Ram to make follow up, only to be told that Makro needs to approve change of address, I call Makro , im being told about some silly policy that they can’t change it. Can you please review that stupid policy , why can’t you verify that I’m the rightful person to receive the package , and it’s not the first time. I ordered the same thing last month and had to cancel because of address issues. I’m really frustrated. I will never buy anything again from Makro. And your refund takes forever.
