Stupid idiots
<p>We bought 17 items at Makro and at the exit the security want to scan every single item. What is up with that. There is not enough security, you have huge line of irritated people and no one knows what the hell they are checking. Really Makro...this is not on!!!</p>

Thank you for your complaint please note the following with regards to your complaint.
>Scanning is a new Makro system of spot checking our customer`s purchases. The security will scan the invoice and the scanner will display how many items must he/she scan and usual it`s 4 % of the items bought by a customer. Customers are also advised to pay in our front line tills because if they pay by satellite tills or internal till the scanner will ask for 100% scanning on those item.
>The scanner will detect if it`s a ********** invoice or not, and the security is longer going through that long invoice anymore trying to check for 1 or 2 items if they are paid for but all they do is spot check with a scanner.
>I would like to apologise to this specific customer if this was not explained and I promise that this is quick and fast if scanning procedure is followed and training will be conducted again to all our security to ensure that they don’t frustrates our customers.
>Once again I would like apologise for the inconvenience and this will be dealt with asap in terms of giving speed services to our customers.
