Stuck with a damaged fridge and they will not pick up for a refund.

A fridge with scratches received and I emailed and called to be picked back and refund but it's been 9 months no help. Stuck with a fridge that is scratched.

Their staff is so rude on the phone and email, the same day I received the fridge I emailed and next day called and I was told I must put the fridge back to its box so they can collect. How am I suppose to put the 223L fridge back on its box.

I don't know if I should report this matter to the police or what because I have tried with Makro simple to get the fridge back and refund my money.
