STRUGGLING TO GET MY REFUND

I made a purchased on the 22 of September only to find out they cannot reach the supply of the item after I called to find out when will it be delivered, they didn't even bother to inform me. sent an email on the 29 of Sept and there was no response, I made a call on the 02/09/23 and received an email stating that they will cancel the order and refund me. I had to call them everyday to find out about the process and I haven't been refunded till today. I received an email on the 12/10/23 stating that I have been refunded successfully and till today money hasn't been reflected to my bank account and when I call the lady I was talking to said she is waiting for the response from the the finance department and that they know nothing about the email I received... THIS IS DEPRESSING... I NEED MY MONEY BACK
