Struggle to get your money back- Worst service ever!

Order n mattress on 14 July 2024, promised to deliver it by 19 July 2024. Followed up 23 July and nothing. As a result, Makro had decided to cancel my order and promised a full refund to me on 15 August only. They promised me the money will reflect in my account within 3-5 days. It is 29 August still no money has been paid back into my account. This is bad service at the top level. Will never ever buy online at Makro again!
