Struggle to get my refund from Makro

I bought a sound system online from Makro for R 9999.00. Upon late delivery I requested a refund. The refund was already done according to Makro on the 14th of March. Now once again they send an Email indicating that they did the refund and I should allow 2 to 7 working days for it to reflect. This is not acceptable. I want the money back in my account today!!!!!
