Strubensvally Makro is a ****

Faulty equipment and No customer service. I spent 20K on electronics and homeware. This includes a dishwasher and a washing machine. Dishwasher broke on the second use and the dishware and pots were either broken or had manufacturing issues.

I called to try and get it fixed but it was the usual pass the buck and no answers type of calls. even the national call center didn't talk when it finally answered.

No information on the Extended Warranty. and when we went to pick up the items at receiving , we saw how they mishandled the equipment.

I will now have to drive another 3 hours to get a refund, making this a total of 9 hours driving.
