Strubensvalley Makro is selfish

After complaining and complaining, Makro called me this morning to say that I can collect my full order and they’ll refund me for delivery. Again, Makro ****! I get to the Strubensvalley Makro with only half my order and it was totally against what we agreed. I’m upset because they made my daughter cry, they made me go there in bad health, created an inconvenience and really didn’t give a damn.
