Strubens Vallery excellent service in returns dept.
I bought a gas heater and a bathroom mat on Saturday 24th July. Both needed to be returned so I popped into Strubens Valley branch on Monday morning 26th July to do so. What a professional, friendly lady who helped me!! She quickly inspected the goods and within 10 minutes I was out with my refund slip. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but I feel this great service needs to be mentioned. Keep it up!!!
