STRUBENS DISGUSTING SERVICE

If I could give Makro Strubens valley ZERO stars I would... STRUBENSVALLEY has to be the WORST MAKRO BRANCH I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

I bought a Samsung TV in December last year, after one month the tv screen was faulty so took it to the Repairs department at Strubensvalley. After 3 weeks and of me consistently trying to get hold of Strubens valley branch they do NOT answer their phones. I contacted the Makro Call centre and was then contacted by Strubens informing me that the screen was cracked and that it would cost me R3900 to repair it. I told them to keep the tv and would buy a new one for that price. Now i am getting harassing calls from that ****ing Strubens threatening me to pay R250. I AM NOT ****ING PAYING A ****ING CENT.!!!!!!!!!!!!
