Stressful experience

Good day , I would like to share my painful experience with Makro Woodmead Gift card department.On the 13th December I came to the store to have my gift card blocked because I had missed placed in my house, but later that night I found , I went back to the store on the 15 December to reactivate the card.I was helped by Nomfundo and she told me that I will receive a call from Makro head office within 3 days to collect my new card from the store.3 days went by and no col was received from Makro.I went back to the store to try get my gift card because now I really needed to make my December groceries for my family. I still received no help from anyone to point that people are blame shifting Tutuka that they should activate my Gift card , I explained to the stuff that I needed to use the card for my grand kids and Christmas was around the corner . I still received no help with activating my gift card which I saved for the whole year.I even told the Tutuka company was closed for December holidays and would reopen in January because that is the company that would assist me. So Christmas was very bad because non of my plans where successful.My family’s Christmas was ruined .I went back to the store to and spoke to Nomusa and still no help, in the 5th of January Nomusa called me to tell me that Tutuka is still closed and they will be returning on the 9th.I called Tutuka yesterday the 19th January and explained my problem, and they told me that they never closed for any December holidays and to resolve the problem is a matter of Nomusa calling Tutuka and giving them a reference number that was used to block the gift card . I called Nomusa and explained that to her .She just told me another excuse and ended up telling me we must try on Monday because she is off tomorrow.THE CARD WAS SUPPOSED TO BE USED FOR CHRISTMAS SHOPPING AND TODAY ITS THE 20th AND STILL I CANNOT USE MY GIFT CARD.PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STUFF BECAUSE NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE ALL DOING. REACTIVATE THE CARD TODAY PLEASE! I’m a pensioner and it costs me money to come the store and walk out empty handed without food.I need that card activated today or tomorrow morning I’m coming and will start taking groceries from the store.
