Store card

On Friday the 4th of June Me and my husband finally went to visit Makro Cornubia. it is about 2 hours drive from us and the closest Makro. We went in extremely excited and soon found a lot of stuff to buy. Once we went to pay we were asked for our Makro cards. We had no idea what this was and was send to customer service. Once there I was asked for my ID and had to complete a form with my personal information. I did not have any form of identification with me as I did not plan on using it & also I was not going to fill in a paper in a common area with covid nor share my personal information f. I left everything there and went to a store where I can simply just walk in and buy the exact same stuff. Please put a sign when you walk in that your personal information will be needed when trying to purchase at your stores or that you would need a card etc. I did not see one sign like this in store or on your website. Real waste of my time.
