Stop buying from Makro online

I bought food for my dog online on the 3rd of May, within 2days i got a notification stating ny delivery is on its way, i waited home all day only to later get a notification stating that i wasnt home home when the delivery was being made so the order is sent back to sender. Its the 8th and im still waiting for my order.i keep being sent from one department to the next and everyone keeps telling me they escalating the matter, im sure its with God right now with all these escalations.
