****** Cellphone in the boot

I went to buy water for the event at Makro on Friday (24/04/2015). So I left my cellphone in the boot. When i came back with a trolley i loaded things in the boot because the car guard was not there when i was almost done he came to help me load other stuff and my cellphone was still in the boot. So i left him to finish with loading and i went to the drivers seat. When i arrive at my destination my cellphone was no longer in the boot. It was gone. So i went back to Makro and they told me to leave my details they will get back to me. Saturday came and i did not receive the call from Makro. Sunday still no call. Monday again there was no call. So today i decided to go back to Makro and found out how far are they with the footage. They told me to wait for them 10 minutes while checking. I asked them if I can see the footage but they said i can't. Customers are not allowed to see the footage. So i waited for them and they came to tell me they cant see the footage is not clear. So i am really worried. It's like they are hiding something from me. Please help me . Why do they have cameras if they are not clear. Something is fishy with Makro. I need your help. Pls intervene. Thank You
