****** and left disappointed from macro

I ordered a Berlinger Haus rose gold tea set and two peelers and a nut cracker from macro online. The tea set wasn't available but much to my disappointment I had only received ONE peeler and a nut cracker instead of my TWO peelers I ordered. For a month I battled to get the R199.00 back that was ****** from me by macro since I just heard excuse after excuse about constantly having to wait 7 working days . I am extremely sad and highly disappointed in being ****** by one of my favorite stores . Don't buy from them bad mistake
