Stokvel quotation never happened

On Sunday,7 October 2018, I called Makro,Alberton to find out the process of stokvel bulk buy. I was told to email the list and they will reply with a quotation. I did this early on Monday morning. By Thursday,11 October, I had received nothing,not even confirmation of receipt of my email so I called them. I was put through to so many consultants and after having been on the phone for at least 10-12 minutes for every one of the three times I called,they eventually hung up. The furthest the one conversation hasd gone was me giving my card number and the lady asked someone in the background how will she find it and a minute later,hung up. In my opinion,this matter was poorly handled and I am very dissapointed in Makro,Alberton.
