Stokvel Money being stole by Makro employees

Every year in December for stokvel account I experience the same issue of reference numbers and dates not corresponding. It looks like people that work from accounts ***** our monies whenever it's time to make a purchase, our monies don't balance even though we have proof of payment. Banele Mlangeni and her boss told me that they can't use my bank statement as proof of statement as there is no time on the bank Statement. I'm so disgusted with their customer service every year, I experience hiccups at Makro
