Stock not available in store

I have been to 2 different Makro stores on 2 different ocasions to purchase wax crayons and pencils that is advertised on their website. The store in Vanderbijl told us that the Croxley stock has been pulled from the shelves but according to the website it is available and in stock. Then yesterday I checked the website again...and the Carnival branch same thing. How can a product be advertised and shown as in stock if that is not the case? Not happy at all since I stay far away and drove for nothing
