Stinking attitude should be left at home when you have to deal with customer

Had to deal with a cashier with a stinking attitude. A packer advised that its better to change a colour of a yoga mat as it'll get dirty faster. Its better to take a darker one. The cashier proceeded with the purchase. When we requested for an exchange she left us at the till to deal with the exchange for ourselves. She didnt even come back to the till to help us. We had to go to the supervisor ourselves and do the exchange. Cashier 817 till 41. The packer gave us the most wonderful service and would have been better if we were attended by her than the cashier.
