Stinking Attitude and Terrible service

I have never had an encounter with such a rude, store supervisor. This lady gave me such bad attitude this morning and was just not willing to help. Even when I asked her to call the store manager for me she told she can get me a floor manager not a store manager she is not available to deal with such. Even when I said I will report this to your head office then she told me to go ahead even spelling out her name for me. Early hours of the morning I felt so little being embarrassed in front of other customers. She then left her till and wen on to chat to her collegues. She was rude unhelpfill and with such a stinking attitude shouting at me.
