Stills waiting for my order

Hi I don’t know why I must always resort to Hello Peter to get my things, there is no communication about my order all it says on my profile ‘in progress’ it has been in progress for two weeks i cannot even get through the contact Centre number

Please urgently advise or else I will have to cancel if you don’t have stock say so, I ordered on 6 Dec today is the 19th
