Still waiting on my refund. Terrible service

I purchased a washing machine online on the 29th of July and I cancelled it the next day (30th) because the same item went on sale. The guy I spoke to said the I will get my money back within 14days. *** (MAK***). I been phoning to ask about my refund but now they are giving me the runaround. They said my refund is pending but they can't me when I'll get my money. I'm really upset with the service I'm receiving from Makro Online Department
