Still waiting on my Black Friday order to be refunded

Yes. Its 20 Feb 2018 and I am still waiting for Makro (Cape Gate) to refund my online purchase from Black Friday (Nov 2017)

First it took them 2 weeks from date of placing the order to realize that they could not deliver my order on time so I get an email that acknowledges that. Fine. I'm patient and I work in retail so I know Black Friday is a dog show for retailers (and couriers)

I wait. 2 weeks later someone calls on the spur of the moment to offer a delivery for the following day at a rather acute time slot but I'm not at home then so I ask for delivery a day/two later

Still nothing arrives and nobody emails/calls to give me an update

I respond to the Online Supervisor of Makro Cape Gate via email asking for status update. Nothing

Eventually I go to the store on two separate occasions for a refund. They can't refund me because they don't have the stock in the store. How is that my problem? I get told by the staff that they'll call me in the week to let me know what's happening. They don't

So I came back the following Saturday and again I stand around for hours in the online dept and eventually some part of my order is refunded. And the funny to boot is that all the items in my order is in fact in the store. They show it to me. As if I still want something 2/3 months after placing the order

Now I'm still missing a refund amount of R1569 but after a few emails to try and resolve that matter the email support desk has gone totally quiet. No response to my follow up mail from 16 Feb 2018

I've been patience enough. Will someone from Makro with just an ounce of credibility (and competence) just refund the balance of my order MAK717335 before I lose it completely
