Still waiting on Black Friday order

I ordered items with the Black Friday sale on 22 November 2017 and it showed the items is in stock at the Makro store where I selected to go and fetch my order once ready. It's now 5 working days later and I still haven't received any notification that the order is ready for collection. How much longer do I need to wait? Order number MAK694670.
