Still Waiting for Refund Since April – No Assistance from Makro

I am beyond frustrated with Makro’s lack of customer service. I have been waiting for a refund since April 25 for my order (Order No: MAK***), and despite sending emails and making calls every single day, I have received no assistance whatsoever.

This refund is for groceries, meaning I have been left in a difficult position without the items I originally paid for. The complete lack of urgency, communication, and accountability from Makro is incredibly disappointing.

I demand immediate action on this matter. Ignoring customers—especially when it comes to essential purchases—is unacceptable. If Makro values its reputation, they must finally respond and resolve this issue without further delay.

I urge a Makro representative to contact me and handle this urgently.
