Still waiting for refund
I bought a trailer online and within 7 days cancelled the order. I never went to collect the trailer. The lady who assisted me online via email cancelled the order for me and said a refund will be done within 5 - 7 days. I had to send my bank details and proof of my account which I did immediately. Those days have passed and I'm still waiting for my refund. When I email the lady she just doesn't respond to my email. Please refund me ASAP. Thank you.
