Still waiting for Refund

I ordered online on 30 April and didn't receive my order for over 2 weeks. I went to the store and refused to leave without my order.

Some of the things on my order were not available and were supposed to be refunded between 5-7 working days.

I am still waiting. Disappointing that I had to demand my online order from the store, now I have to spend more money making calls trying to get my money back.
