Still waiting for order placed on November 25

I placed an order on the Makro online store on November 25th and my order hasn't been delivered yet. When I call the Call Centre the consultants tell me that the store doesn't have some of the items that I ordered. This I find strange because when I placed the order online it said they have stock. The last online order I made was delivered on time and this experience has just muddied the waters for me. I shop online because it lessens the stress factor but this experience with Makro has been nothing but stressful.<br>
