Still waiting for my TV ordered on the 29th of November.No response

Terrible client service. Ordered my TV on the 29th of Nov. Was supposed to be delivered on the 2nd of Dec. Nobody can tell my anything. the order is packed at Makro Centurion, and nobody is answering the phone. I specially ordered it for Christmas season, but i don't even know if i will dtill receive it this year or next year . So dissapointed. Will never do bussiness with Makro again. Not even an excuse or any update.....
