Still Waiting for My Refund – Very Disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Makro. I was informed that my refund for order MAK*** had been approved and would be processed within 7 to 14 business days. It has now been 18 business days, and I still have not received the refund.

I’ve tried following up, but there has been no clear update or resolution. This level of service is unacceptable, especially from a company of Makro’s size. Customers should not have to chase after their own money.

Please resolve this matter urgently.
