still waiting for my refund of R4999.00

I bought a LG Microwave convection oven from Makro, in Milnerton Cape Town. I asked for it to be returned as it was faulty - it got super hot on lower settings and burnt my cast Iron pot!! The courieir guy collected it on the 6th January 2025' I have not had any feed back since. I have emailed them and phoned numerous times and no response. Its been two months and still not a word. Has anyone else had this problem?
