STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND

I am still waiting to be refunded my money for an item I returned on 29 June 2024.

I requested my credit card be credited but the returns lady at Riversands said she couldnt do it as I had purchased the item on line, so online would process my refund within 7 working days.

It is now 5 weeks later and I am still waiting to be refunded - NOT TO BE TOLD A CREDIT VOUCHER HAS BEEN ISSUED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On 29 June 2024 I specifically stated that I DID NOT WANT A CREDIT VOUCHER FOR MAKRO - I wanted the R2499.00 refunded TO MY CREDIT CARD!!!!
