Still Waiting for My Refund!

I cancelled a Makro online order more than 7 business days ago, and should have been refunded by now, if the store was honest about caring for its customers and following its policies. However, here I am still sitting with no money, and all I keep getting are excuses that don't make sense. Perhaps, all I'll be left with is taking the legal route for me to get what I shouldn't even be fighting for, in the first place. That I now have to waste so much energy and time on this is more than just ridiculous - but I will continue until I am refunded!
