Still waiting for my refund

Following an online order and return of the order at the Makro Woodmead store on the 16/12/2018, I still await my refund. Its been more than a month since the return was processed and a "online refund confirmation" issued. So much for the 10-15 working days for Makro to process a refund to my UCount Card.

I'm sorry to hear that you've not received your refund for your Makro Online order. This is certainly not the type of service we'd like you to have.
