Still waiting for my refund

I make an order on Makro's website on 3 September. Order goes through, all good and well. 6 September order arrives via courier. Ordered 5 micro sd cards, only 3 arrives, and on the delivery note it says 3 items and 2 backorder. Firstly they didnt inform me of this before delivery, and then no messages from them, to say when i will receive the other 2 sd cards. I emailed them, and they say they will look into it. Long story short, after alot of emails, Emails from numerous people: Endrick Rikhotso, Ludfia Pillay, Beatrice Nsaka

23 September they tell me they will refund me and it will be processed during the week! Its 5 October. No refund yet. Ill never order anything from makro again. You suck.
